Maintenance is included in the cost per copy (CPC) charge with all copiers as part of the Copier Service Program. Maintenance plans include preventative maintenance, repair services, parts, labor, toner and consumables. (Paper and staples are not included in the CPC charge.) The ITG Help Desk will provide first response service and escalate issues to Xerox technicians if needed. Toner & Consumables
Each copier placed as part of the Copier Service Program will be networked and monitored for low supply alerts. Once a consumable has reached its end of life, a technician will deliver and replace the required part as well as recycle any depleted cartridges. If your toner becomes depleted before delivery, contact the ITG Help Desk using the Support Request link below and a technician will supply you with the required part and any requested spare consumables.
Replacement staples for copiers can be ordered directly through the Copier Service Program and will be billed on a monthly basis. Contact the ITG Help Desk using the Support Request link below and a technician will supply you with staples and pricing.
* Supplies are delivered the next-day from receipt of your supply request. Requests will be answered Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm.
