Maintenance is included in the cost per copy (CPC) charge with all copiers as part of the Campus Copier Program. Maintenance plans include preventative maintenance, repair services, parts, labor, toner, and consumables. (Paper and staples are not included in the CPC charge.) The Copier Service on-campus Technical Team will provide first response service and escalate issues to Xerox technicians if needed. Copiers placed as part of the Campus Copier Program are networked and monitored for low supply alerts. All supplies manually ordered (outside of auto-replenishment) will take 3-5 days for UPS delivery. Training is provided to Customers on proper installation of supply items.
Toner & Consumables
The Xerox auto-replenishment system for supplies remotely monitors machine toner levels. Once toner levels hit 20%, Xerox ships replacements directly to the Customer’s door*. If toner becomes depleted prior to delivery, contact the ITG Help Desk using the Support Request link and a technician will supply you with the required item.
Replacement staples for copiers may be ordered directly through BuzzMart. Contact the ITG Help Desk using the Support Request link and a technician will supply you with ordering information.
* Supplies are delivered the next-day from receipt of your supply request. Requests will be answered Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm.
